Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice but a bit small, and there were some issues with stocking essentials like forks, juice, and napkins. However, the cleanliness and condition of the room were good. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my short notice arrival smooth. The location was decent with a good walking area near the river, but there were some cleanliness issues like moldy exhaust fans. The dining options were not impressive with limited choices, although the breakfast quality was decent. Overall, there were some positives like the friendly service and location, but room amenities and dining could use improvement.
The hotel was comfortable and as expected; however, had a few missing handles on the dressers and the carpet was pulled up in the middle for some reason. The strong scent in the room was like cigarettes and musty, as if they were trying to cover up a smell.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, as expected. The service from the staff was very nice and respectful, handling all our requests promptly. The location was convenient for visiting Wind Caves National Park and the Woolly Mammoth Site. However, the dining experience was lacking variety in hot breakfast options, and the view from the hotel was affected by a nearby trailer park. The pool area needs better maintenance to improve the overall experience.
